CoachHub Raises €6M To Expand Its Online Coaching Platform For Businesses Around Europe
CoachHub, a German-based startup that allows employees of all career levels to get access to coaching raises €6M to accelerate its growth and expand its pool of international online coaches. The investment round was led by HV Holtzbrinck Ventures, Partech, and Speedinvest x.
The company is targeting HR departments, which can use the online platform to easily find coaches with different expertise for each employee and adapt the program to one’s specific needs.
Gaining management and leadership skills
Established in 2018 by Yannis Niebelschuetz and Matti Niebelschuetz, CoachHub covers fields like time management, stress management, and leadership skills. After a company invitation, employees get access to the digital coaching platform. Based on the employee’s individual requirements an AI-based matching system suggests three business coaches that make a perfect fit for the specific case.
Individuals can communicate with their coach directly via the CoachHub app on a smartphone or through the web. Coaching sessions usually take place via biweekly video calls. To provide further development there are also available e-learning tasks. Through the built-in chat function, employees can communicate with their coach at any time.
The B2B platform has a dashboard, where companies can access real-time visualization of how satisfied employees are with their coaching and what successes they achieve.
300 qualified coaches worldwide
CoachHub’s coaching pool currently consists of more than 300 qualified coaches worldwide, who speak around 30 languages. More than 100 well-known companies, including corporations such as the insurance company Generali, engineering and technology company BOSCH, commodity trader Cargill, Hanseatic Bank, and tech companies such as SoundCloud and HelloFresh are already using CoachHub.
With the fresh capital, CoachHub is now on its way to establish digital coaching throughout Europe, helping managers and high-potential individuals achieve top performance. The company will also expand its current team of 50.
