The CEO of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, assoc. prof. Manyu Moravenov explains the opportunities for younger tech and innovative companies to raise capital through the BSE without an IPO prospectus. The first startup to utilize the growth market BEAM will be Biodit.
The BEAM market is not a regulated market within the meaning of the Markets in Financial Instruments Act. The admission of financial instruments to trading on the beam market should not be considered equivalent to the admission of financial instruments on the regulated market organized by the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
