Refurbished laptops, mobile phones and other electronic devices are an important part of a functioning circular economy. Internationally, the French scale-up Back Market has established itself in this area. Back Market is a marketplace for used electronic devices that have been repaired and refurbished. Only recently, the company was able to secure an investment round of 276 million euros with this principle.
